At More Matcha, we like to keep returns simple!
If you are not happy with your Matcha, please email hello@morematcha.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number in the subject line and we will refund or re-send your order. There is no need to return matcha to us.
If you are not happy with a Matcha accessory, please email hello@morematcha.com within 14 days of purchase. Please include your order number in the subject line and a description of the problem. Products must be unused to be eligible for refund. Where a product has been used but has developed a fault, we will re-send your order or provide store credit.
All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
